The Therapeutic Support Service in Cancer and Palliative
Care for Lanarkshire is based from Beckford Lodge in Hamilton.
Jean Aitken, a professional Counsellor, staffs it and provides specialist
support and counselling to Children affected by the death or serious illness
of a relative.
Availability
The service is available Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm, though there can be
some flexibility outwith these hours.

telephone Jean on 01698-285828. Unfortunatley she’s not always able
to come to the telephone however she is good at returning calls so please
leave a note of your name and telephone number on the answering machine.
