Support for Children and Young People: South Lanarkshire Young Carers' Project

The South Lanarkshire Young Carers Project is for young people under 18 years old who look after someone with an illness, disability, drug, alcohol or mental problem.

Ask yourself.......
Do you sometimes miss out on things because of the stuff you have to do at home?

Do you cook and clean for the person you care for, give them a bath, their medicine, look after brothers and sisters or just sit with them or other things?

Do you feel sad, happy, afraid, proud, angry.... like your the only one who does this?

If you answered yes then you a young carer and you're not alone.......
