Support for Bereavement and Grief

Bereavement is the loss by death of a close relative or friend. Grief is our natural emotional response to this loss - a complex mix of sometimes sadness, anger, helplessness, guilt and dispair. These are powerful feelings which are physically and emotionally exhausting, often disrupting our every day lives.

Whoever you are, if you feel you need help in coming to terms with a Cancer related bereavement then the help and support is here. Please browse this section for details of organisations who can help and look at the online leaflets provided for some self help advice.
